3-Ingredient Creamy Fruit Cups

All you need is 5 minutes to prep 3 cups of this yummy, creamy fruit cocktail snack!

Makes 3 servings

  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (or cream cheese)
  • 1 can (425g) Mega Prime Quality Fruit Cocktail, drained


  1. One by one, layer granola, cheese and tropical fruit in parfait or tall glasses.
  2. Optional: garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon or fresh mint.

5-Minute Tropical Smoothie

A refreshing, flavor-packed option to instant juice mixes? Coming right up! Check out this tropical fruit cocktail smoothie recipe!

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 can (425g) Mega Prime Quality Fruit Cocktail
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 small frozen banana, peeled
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries, sliced

With a blender or a food processor, combine fruit cocktail, yogurt, pineapple juice, banana and strawberries until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

20-Minute Mini Fruity Pizzas

Trade the sugar-laden cookie for a healthier alternative. These fruit pizzas take no more than 20 minutes to make!

Makes 6-8 pizzas

  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 can (425g) Mega Prime Quality Fruit Cocktail


  1. With a cookie cutter or a drinking glass, cut circles into tortillas. Set aside.
  2. Combine and blend yogurt, honey, vanilla and orange juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture onto tortillas and top with fruit cocktail.

Fruit Cocktail Float

Layers of sweetened cream, graham crackers and fruit cocktail, no kid or kid-at-heart can resist this overnight refrigerator cake!

Makes 6 servings

  • 1 can (822g) Mega Prime Quality Fruit Cocktail, drained
  • 850g all-purpose cream
  • 1 can (400g) condensed milk, chilled
  • 18 pcs. graham crackers


  1. Combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a large bowl. Set hand mixer at low speed and beat cream mixture until thick. Adjust speed to medium and continue to beat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until double in volume.
  2. Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of an 8 x 8 dish. Spoon ⅓ of cream mixture and spread on graham crackers. Next, layer fruit cocktail on top of the cream.
  3. Repeat layering procedure for another two layers, ending with fruit on top.
  4. Cover tightly with plastic film and refrigerate overnight, or freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

Fruit Cocktail Crisp

Share a bite of this sweet afternoon crunch topped with fresh cream, vanilla ice cream or just plain! Here’s how to prep Fruit Cocktail Crisp.

Makes 8 servings (¼ cup each)

  • 1 can (822g) Mega Prime Quality Tropical Fruit Cocktail
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅔ cup whole oats
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp. butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain fruit cocktail, saving ¼ cup of juice.
  2. Combine fruit and reserved juice to an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish and stir.
  3. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, salt, oats, almonds and butter in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Pour mixture over fruit cocktail in baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp is brown. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
