Ingredients:
2 Roasted Eggplants
3 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Cooking oil
Procedure:
Preheat pan.
Put the cooking oil, wait until the oil is hot enough.
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper.
Dip the eggplant in the egg mixture.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve with Prime Sweet Chili Sauce.
