Pork Sotanghon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Sliced Pork
  • 1 Pack Mega Prime Vermicelli Sotanghon glass noodles
  • 7 cups water
  • 10 pcs Okra sliced
  • 1 whole patola
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the pork by boiling water in a cooking pot. . Cover and boil in medium heat for 20 minutes until the oil comes out, sautee garlic and onion.
  • Add Mega prime Vermicelli . Cover the pot for 2 minutes.
  • Add Patola and Okra.
  • Add to taste, 1 teaspoon Salt. Stir. Add pepper. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve
