Beef & Mushroom Caldereta

Ingredients:
1 kilo Beef
6 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
150 grams Tomato paste
2 cups Water, or add as needed
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 can Liver spread
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Can Mega Prime Whole Mushrooms
Procedure:
Stir fry garlic and onion. Add beef cubes. Saute until beef turns brown.
Add tomato paste, water, soy sauce, liver spread, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil and simmer for 2 hours.
Add the mushrooms (I replace mushrooms for potatoes) and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add bell peppers and let boil for another minute.
Serve with rice and enjoy! 😘
