Stir Fry Pork & Mushroom in Spicy Oyster Sauce
1/2 kilo pork, diced
1 can 198g mega prime mushroom pieces and stem (reserved the water for later)
5 tablespoons mega prime Spicy Oyster sauce
1 pc onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, diced
2 tablespoons All purpose flour
Saute onion and garlic.
Sangkutsa the pork. Once brownish, put the water from the mushroom. Mix in oyster sauce and All Purpose Flour to thicken the sauce. Cover and let it simmer.
Occassionally stir to prevent the sauce from burning.
Serve hot or as a rice topping.
