Adobong Pusit in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Pusit, cleaned
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Onion, diced
1 small Tomato, diced
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
2 tsp Mega Prime Choices Oyster Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1 pc Siling pangsigang
Procedure:
Heat oil.
Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
Put the squid then cook for 1 minute. Set aside.
In another pot, pour soy sauce, vinegar, Mega Prime Oyster Sauce ❤️ and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add the sauteed squid, let it boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add black pepper, sugar and siling pangsigang.
Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
