Breakfast is the most important meal of the day specially for kids. It’s one of the most important meals Prime Moms should get right as it affects how kids will do for the rest of the day.

How can we make breakfast better for kids? By making it something they look forward to every morning.

You don’t have to slave long hours in the kitchen to come up with great breakfast dishes. Here

are some quick, tasty breakfast treats that are sure to put a smile on your kids faces when they see what is waiting for them every morning.


Goat Cheese and Egg Toasts with Fresh Peas and Dill


Feel good and ready to conquer the day with the creative twist to your usual egg toast. The recipe contains peas which are rich in vitamin K. Some research suggest that Vitamin K helps the calcium stay in the body’s bones.

Mushroom Omelette


Here is a a variant of the ever famous breakfast staple. This cheesy treat is made even better with mushrooms, which, aside from being tasty, are also nutritious! Did you know that mushrooms contain fiber which is good for digestion? It also contains a mineral called Selenium, which is said to prevent the growth of tumors and fight cancer cells.

Microwave Banana Cake in a Bowl


Yes, you can make banana cake in the microwave in record time! Bananas are a good source of fiber that helps in the body’s digestion. Since it’s quick and easy to make, you can serve it fresh everyday.

Healthy Zucchini Muffins
