INGREDIENTS

MEATBALLS

• ½ kilo ground pork
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• ¾ cup bread crumbs
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup grated cheese
• 1 198g MEGA PRIME PIECES & STEMS MUSHROOM, chopped
• 1 egg, beaten
• Salt and pepper

COOKING

• 1 cup cooking oil, FRY Meatball
• 1 tbsp. cooking oil, FOR SAUCE
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 198G  MEGA PRIME PIECES & STEMS MUSHROOM
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 2 cups chicken stock
• ½ cup cream
• 2 tbsp. MEGA PRIME CHOICES OYSTER SAUCE 
• Salt and pepper

PROCEDURE

1. Mix ground pork, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, cheese, Mega Prime Mushroom and egg to create meatball. Add salt and pepper. Fry meatballs.
2. Add cooking oil, butter, garlic, onion, Mega Prime Mushroom, flour, chicken stock, and mushroom. Then stir.
3. Add cooked meatballs. Let it simmer for 10minutes.
4. Add cream and Mega Prime Choices Oyster Sauce. Then Stir for 3 minutes. Serve.
