Creamy Yogurt Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 can Mega Prime Tropical Fruit Cocktail, drained
1 can Mega Prime Nata de Coco White, drained
2 cups plain Greek Yogurt, chilled
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup honey
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine chilled yogurt, cinnamon and honey.
- Add fruit cocktail and nata. Stir until well combined and chill.
Savory Fruit Salad Medley
Ingredients:
1 can Mega Prime Tropical Fruit Cocktail, drained
10 pcs shrimps, boiled and deveined
250g crab sticks, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup yogurt
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 head romaine lettuce, torn to pieces
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper.
- Add fruit cocktail, shrimps and crab sticks. Stir until well combined.
- To serve, layer the fruit salad on top of the romaine lettuce.
