15-minute Mango de Coco
Ingredients:
- 3 large mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can Mega Prime Nata de Coco 425g
- 1 ½ cup condensed milk
- 3 cups all-purpose cream
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, Mega Prime Nata de Coco, condensed milk, and all-purpose cream. Mix until well-combined. You may adjust the sweetness according to preference.
- Put in a container with a lid and place in the fridge for an hour. Then, serve in small bowls and enjoy!
Yummy Fruit Cocktail Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 can Mega Prime Fruit Cocktail 425g, undrained
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups sugar
Directions:
- Preheat over to 350F degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well-combined.
- In an oiled baking dish, pour the cake batter evenly and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. To check doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. It should come out clean.Â
- Let cool for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Creamy Milk Tea de Coco
Ingredients:
- 8 bags of black tea
- 4 cups whole milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 can Mega Prime Nata de Coco 425g, drained
Directions:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk until simmering, then pour in a bowl. Steep the tea bags until the milk cools completely. Set aside.
- To prepare the simple syrup, add water and sugar to a saucepan and stir together until the sugar dissolves on medium-high heat. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool completely before transferring into a jar.
- To assemble the drink, strain the tea into a pitcher. Divide the Mega Prime Nata de Coco into 4 glasses and add ice cubes into each glass. Pour 1 cup of the tea mixture into each glass and add simple syrup according to taste. Stir and enjoy!
Easy Fruit Cocktail Float
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of graham crackers
- 2 cups all-purpose cream
- 1 ½ cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can Mega Prime Fruit Cocktail 425g, drained
Directions:
- In a large bowl, stir together all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Divide fruit cocktail into half. Pour the half into the mixture and set aside the other.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers into a wide pan. Pour in half of the cream mixture and spread. Create another layer of graham crackers, add the remaining half of the cream mixture, and spread. Arrange the remaining fruit cocktail on top.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
Refreshing Nata de Coco Samalamig
Ingredients:
- 2 cups red gulaman gelatin cubes
- 1 can Mega Prime Nata de Coco 425g, drained
- ½ cup cooked sago
- 2 cups buko meat, shredded
- 1 ½ cup evaporated milk
- 4 cups buko juice
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 drops red food coloring (optional)
Directions:
- In a large pitcher, put in gulaman cubes, Mega Prime Nata de Coco, sago, buko meat, evap, buko juice and condensed milk. Stir until well-combined. Add food coloring if desired and stir until color is dispersed into the mixture.
- Serve in glasses over ice and enjoy!
