INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Pancake Mix
  • ¾ Cup of Milk
  • ½ Cup of MEGA PRIME KERNEL CORN
  • 1 Cup of MEGA PRIME CREAM STYLE CORN
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Maple Syrup

PROCEDURE

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (Pancake Mix, Milk, Egg, Vanilla Extract, and Corn).
  2.  Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
  3.  Get 1 scoop of the mixture and fry. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  4.  Serve Corn Fritters with Maple Syrup.
