INSTRUCTIONS

- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 small frozen banana, peeled
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries, sliced
INSTRUCTION
With a blender or a food processor, combine fruit cocktail, yogurt, pineapple juice, banana and strawberries until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 6-8 pizzas
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¾ tbsp. orange juice
- 1 can (425g) Mega Prime Quality Fruit Cocktail
INSTRUCTIONS
- With a cookie cutter or a drinking glass, cut circles into tortillas. Set aside.
- Combine and blend yogurt, honey, vanilla and orange juice in a mixing bowl.
- Spread yogurt mixture onto tortillas and top with fruit cocktail.
Fruit Cocktail Float
Layers of sweetened cream, graham crackers and fruit cocktail, no kid or kid-at-heart can resist this overnight refrigerator cake!
INGREDIENTS
Makes 6 servings
- 1 can (822g) Mega Prime Quality Fruit Cocktail, drained
- 850g all-purpose cream
- 1 can (400g) condensed milk, chilled
- 18 pcs. graham crackers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a large bowl. Set hand mixer at low speed and beat cream mixture until thick. Adjust speed to medium and continue to beat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until double in volume.
- Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of an 8 x 8 dish. Spoon ⅓ of cream mixture and spread on graham crackers. Next, layer fruit cocktail on top of the cream.
- Repeat layering procedure for another two layers, ending with fruit on top.
- Cover tightly with plastic film and refrigerate overnight, or freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

- ⅔ cup whole oats
- ⅓ cup almonds
- 2 tbsp. butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain fruit cocktail, saving ¼ cup of juice.
- Combine fruit and reserved juice to an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish and stir.
- Mix together sugar, cinnamon, salt, oats, almonds and butter in a medium-sized bowl.
- Pour mixture over fruit cocktail in baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until crisp is brown. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
