Fruit Salad with Dip

Ingredients:

• 1 can Mega Prime Fruit Cocktail
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 cups vanilla yogurt
• assorted fresh fruits such as apples, bananas and strawberries cut into wedges (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl.
2. Stir to blend.
3. Place the bowl on a wide fruit dish.
4. Surround with drained fruit cocktail.
5. Add optional fruits. Serve.

Cheesy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 can Mega Prime Nata de Coco (plain), drained
• 1 cup young coconut meat strips
• 1 bottle sugar palm, drained
• ½ cup cheese cut into cubes
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 pack all-purpose cream

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and all-purpose cream.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined.
3. Cover bowl with a cling wrap.
4. Chill for a few hours before serving.

Pasta Fruit Salad

Aside from desserts, pasta is also a mainstay in typical Filipino gatherings. Well then, here’s the thing about your love for pasta and your fondness for fruit salad. You can bring them both in one dish and you get an awesome two-in-one: pasta fruit salad!

Ingredients:

• 1 can Mega Prime Fruit Cocktail
• 1 can Mega Prime Nata de Coco (plain), drained
• 1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1 bottle sugar palm, drained
• 4 ounces macaroni pasta
• 1 cup cheese, cubed
• 1 can cream
• 1 can condensed milk

Instructions:

1. In a pot, boil 2 quarts of water. Put a pinch of salt. Add pasta on briskly boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Make sure pasta is not overcooked.
2. Remove pasta from heat, transfer on a colander (strainer) and rinse using cold water. Drain well. Let it cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add macaroni and mix thoroughly to make sure ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Chill for 1-2 hours and serve.
