Pancit Canton with Mixed Vegetables and Mushrooms

Ingredients:
500 grams Pancit Canton
2 Tbsp oil for sauteing
4 cloves garlic minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1 pc Chinese sausage, sliced
1 can Mushrooms
1 pc carrot, sliced thinly
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup Broccoli
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced thinly
2 cups Cabbage, sliced thinly
2 cups water
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 pc chicken cube
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dash of black pepper
Procedure:
Saute garlic and onion, then add sausage and mushrooms, saute for about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Set aside.
In the same pan, combine water then add the oyster sauce, chicken cube, sesame oil and add black pepper. Bring to boil. Add the Pancit Canton and mix for about 6 minutes. Add the stir fried vegetables and mix thoroughly.
Serve with calamansi.
