Ingredients:
1/2 kilo galunggong, steamed & flaked
1 pc Carrot chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc Onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Kinchay, minced
Little water
Salt & Pepper to taste
20 pcs Lumpia wrapper
1 cup Cooking Oil
Mega Prime Sweet Chili Sauce
Procedure:
Saute garlic and onion. Add carrots.
Add the fish and kinchay.
Add water, then simmer for about 5 mins.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Let cool. Then wrap in lumpia wrapper.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve with Mega Prime Sweet Chili Sauce.
