ππππππππ is always a Favorite at Home.
Aside from Broccoli, Carrots, Sayote, my youngest daughter also loves beans.
And to make it even tasty, saucy and #Pinasarap I used Mega Prime Oyster Sauce
Ingredients :
2 Β tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Β cloves Garlic
1 Β pc Onion
1 Β pc Red Bell Pepper
100 Β g Pork Belly
1.5 Β cups Water
0.5 Β cup Brocolli
0.5 Β cup Carrot
0.5 Β cup Sayote
0.5 Β cup String Beans
0.5 cup Cornel Kernel
1/2 cup Cabbage
Instructions :
SautΓ© garlic, onion and pork in oil for at least 2 minutes.
Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in Broccoli, Carrots, Sayote, Baguio beans, Corn Kernel and cabbage.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Then Lastly adding Bell Pepper (cause we want it crunchy)
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
