Chicken Mechado using Mega Oyster Sauce & Mega Green Peas

Chicken Mechado using Mega Prime Oyster Sauce & Green Peas

Ingredients:

1 whole Chicken, cut into pieces

4 cloves Garlic, minced

1 Onion, chopped

200 grams Tomato sauce

2 Tbsp Soy sauce

2 Tbsp Mega Prime Oyster Sauce

1 Tsp Pepper

1 pc Chicken cube

2 pcs Potatoes, quartered

Easy Chopseuy at Home

1 cup Water

2 cans Mega Prime Green Peas

Procedure:

Saute garlic and onion.

Add chicken, saute until light brown.

Add soy sauce, Mega Prime Oyster Sauce, pepper, and chicken cube.

Add tomato sauce and water.

Add potatoes.

Let boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add green peas and simmer for 5 minutes more.

Serve with rice! 😘
