Giniling with egg in Mega Prime Oyster Sauce

Giniling with egg in Mega Prime Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Ground Beef

1/2 cup Green Peas

1 cup Potatoes, cut into small cubes

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1 Onion, chopped

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

2 Tbsp Mega Prime Oyster Sauce

6 pcs Boiled eggs

Mega Maja Mais

1 Tbsp Achuete Oil

Procedure:

Saute garlic and onion using Achuete oil.

Add the ground beef and stir until the meat is fully cooked.

Add salt and pepper and Mega Prime Oyster Sauce

Add the potatoes, simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the green peas, simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add the peeled boiled eggs.

Serve with rice.
