Easy to Make Rice Cooker Meals

This meatball recipe is very easy to make and you should consider it as your kid’s baon or as a lunch meal. Here is how you should make it:

Ingredients

  1. ½ pound of ground chicken
  2. ½ pound of ground beef
  3. 1 tsp of salt
  4. 1 tsp of pepper
  5. 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
  6. ½ Tbsp of Mega Prime Choices Oyster Sauce
  7. 1 egg
  8. 2 Tbsp of oil
  9. 1 ½ Tbsp of panko bread crumbs
  10. 1 Tbsp of onion powder
  11. 1 Tbsp of garlic powder
  12. 2 cups of tomato sauce

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, panko bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. After mixing all the ingredients into a paste, form 12 meatballs with your hands.
  3. Put your rice cooker on cook mode. After 2 minutes, pour in the oil. Cook the meatballs by batches of six at a time. In each batch, cook each side of the meatball for 4 minutes each.

  1. 1 liter of water
  2. ½ pound of chicken pieces
  3. 1 onion, chopped
  4. 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  5. 2 cups of Mega Prime canned mushroom pieces
  6. 1 Tbsp of chopped ginger
  7. 1 tsp of salt
  8. 1 tsp of pepper
  9. 1 carrot, chopped
  10. 1 Tbsp of fish sauce
  11. 2 cups of chopped cabbage

Procedure

  1. Boil the water in the rice cooker for 10 minutes on “Cook” mode.
  2. Pour the chicken pieces into the boiling water, garlic, ginger, and onion. Leave all of the ingredients to cook in the liquid for 40 minutes.
  3. Add the salt, pepper, fish sauce, cabbage, canned mushroom, and carrot.
  4. Let all the ingredients cook on “Cook” mode for 15 minutes before serving.

Egg frittata is one of the easiest breakfast dishes to make because you can put it any meat and vegetable you like. You can make the leftovers of this lutong bahay recipe as packed lunch for the children. Cook a good ‘ol Frittata by following these steps:

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup of chopped ham
  2. 1 tsp of salt
  3. 1 tsp of pepper
  4. 1 Tbsp of chopped onion
  5. ½ cup of chopped tomatoes
  6. 4 large eggs
  7. ½ cup of grated cheese
  8. 1 cup of Mega Prime canned mushroom pieces
  9. 1 cup of milk
  10. 1 ½ tbsp. of oil

Procedure

  1. Pour oil into the rice cooker until the bottom of the pan is completely covered. Let the oil heat on “Cook” mode for 3 minutes
  2. In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat it with milk until it forms a smooth mixture
  3. Drop the onions, garlic, mushroom pieces, and tomatoes into the rice cooker. Cook everything for 4 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the cooked vegetables. Close the lid and let the frittata cook for 10 minutes before serving.

 

Tofu and Vegetables

This dish, even without meat, will keep your family full thanks to the protein-rich tofu. The oyster, soy sauce, and sugar combined would bless the ingredients with a sweet-salty flavor. This recipe would be great practice for your kids to eat healthy so make sure to prepare it for them by following the procedure below.

  1. 1 block of tofu, chopped
  2. 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce
  3. 2 Tbsp of soy sauce
  4. 1 Tbsp of sugar
  5. 1 tsp of chopped ginger
  6. 2 cups of chopped cabbage
  7. 1 ½ cups of chopped green beans
  8. 1 cup of chopped carrots
  9. 1 cup of chopped red bell pepper
  10. 1 cup of water
  11. ½ cup of Mega Prime Oyster Sauce

Procedure

  1. Heat the water in your rice cooker for 2 minutes on “Cook” mode.
  2. Pour the green beans, carrots, red bell pepper, ginger and tofu in the water. Let everything cook for 6 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar together. Pour it in the rice cooker over the vegetables and tofu.

  3. 5 chicken breasts with bone

  6. 1 chicken bouillon cube
  7. 2 Tbsp of chopped ginger
  8. 1 onion, chopped
  9. 2 cups of uncooked rice
  10. 2 Tbsp of salt
  11. 2 Tbsp of pepper
  12. 1 Tbsp of fish sauce

Procedure

  1. Cover the chicken breasts in salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
  2. In the rice cooker, heat the water in “Cook” mode until boiling. Drop the chicken bouillon cube and leave it in the water until dissolved.
  3. Pour the uncooked rice, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, and onion into the water. Next, place the breasts on top of all these ingredients.
  4. Close the lid of the rice cooker. Let everything cook for 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked before serving.
