Do you miss dining out at this famous Japanese fast food resto? I do! So yesterday I tried making Beef Misono Pinoy Style, yes pinoy style because I did not use any Japanese ingredient and this is super easy. Let’s start!
Ingredients:
200g beef sukiyaki
2 Tbsp Mega Prime Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 medium size white onion, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp black ground pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
Procedure:
1. In a pan, combine the water, Mega Prime Oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and onion and let it boil.
2. When the onion is almost translucent, add the beef and let it simmer until there is no sauce and the oil is starting to come out.
3. Put everything on one side of the pan and use the beef oil in cooking the garlic until it is almost brown. Then mix it and drizzle the sesame oil before transferring it on a serving dish.
For the side dish, I just sauté the carrots, white onion, bean sprout, and cabbage (julienne cut) with butter then added salt and pepper to taste.
I love beef. very easy recipe love it
