Ingredients
500g pork liempo
80ml barbecue marinade
1 Tbsp Mega Prime Oyster Suace
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Procedure:
1. Combine all the ingredients to marinate the pork.
2. Put in the fridge overnight and bake for 50 mins at 210C
For the side dish bring to boil 1 big can of Mega Prime whole kernel corn and cook for 3 minutes then add about 50 grams of French beans and cook for another 3 minutes. Best serve with rice.
